She has really taken ownership of the social media accounts as well as the recruitment tasks. At first, we were asking for some administrative help with posting jobs and scheduling interviews, but Andrea’s role in the hiring process has expanded to her doing much of our recruiting efforts, setting up interviews, and gathering compliance paperwork. Her organization with this has produced results and improved our onboarding process. And her creativity and organization with the social media efforts has taken
us to a whole new level. Before Andrea, we had essentially zero social media strategy and now are posting daily on multiple platforms. Only if ALL VAs are like you. You have been doing a great job of covering the 4am-9am and I hope you will continue. Your coverage this week has allowed me to relax quite a bit in the morning so I really appreciate your professionalism, timeliness in responding to clock in/out and phone calls as well. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that if you are looking to have other VAs cover the morning or evening shifts, then they are trained well.
The only concern I have (and this is not because you are not doing a great job) is that when we have a call out, there is quite a challenge to find an alternate caregiver. I feel there must be a better way to communicate who the VA should be contacting. I would like to see how we can address this.
Do we create a document or spreadsheet that shows the preferred caregivers for each client?
